Do you mean a map theme (how the grass, cliffs etc. look)? Or are we talking about how the buildings of the city look?

For 8 GB of RAM it's a good idea to set up a custom sized pagefile of 32 GB. That will help the game run smoother. :)

Most of these are on the smaller side when it comes to textures, so they should be fine to run on your system. You can always check the filesize on the right - larger filesizes mean larger textures, which take up more RAM and are more work for the graphics card. :)
