[2020] DLCs Prices?

Summer Sale ended not so long ago, so I'm afraid you just missed some good deals. If you add the DLCs you're interested in to your wishlist on Steam, you'll get notified when there's a sale again.

You can also sign up for the Paradox Newsletter (requires a Paradox account) and check Cities: Skylines on the list of games. Then you'll receive an email when there's a sale, which also includes sales on Paradox's own store.

Yup, that's correct. The Paradox Store gives you a Steam key, so those sales are worth it too (provided regional pricing on Steam isn't a thing for you). :)
