UID: 7050466450620481537 dear developers u/COD_Mobile_Official, I tried to buy bp, but the game showed an error "not enough CP", although 360 CP were on the account. after restarting the game, the CPs simply disappeared, and the BP was not purchased. Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots. Please help with some advice. I think I've run into a bug. Thank you.

Hey there, sorry to hear you're running into issues updating the app. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? That should fix the issue, however, if you play with a guest account we wouldn't recommend this as you will lose your game progress.

hey hey! Yeah unfortunately there was an issue with that event at launch, it should be resolved now. Any players who were affected by the bug should get their missing CP in the next couple of days.

Greetings and thank you! Yes, unfortunatley that was pushed from this update. Currently a new MP lobby background is slated to be released in the next major update (not next season, but the season after). Technically that doesn't count as this year so apologies, as it does fall in 2023, but it will be in January at least! So just barely out of 2022.
When can we get a new LMG? Like the M240 or Bruen Mk9?

Hey there! Actually, there currently is a bug with the events tab. The team is aware and looking into a fix. As for the S9 login screen, hmmm we'll ping the team about that, thanks for the report!

Hey there, we know the team is actively looking into the possibility of bringing a new map to Zombies mode. This would not be able to happen this season unfortunately but again is being considered for the future. Also glad to hear the love for the mode! 
Hi, I just lost almost 30k credits while attempting to purchase the newly released skins as the items did not appear in my inventory after purchasing. Is it possible to get my credits back or at least receive the skin??
