Any update on this issue regarding the “Alcatraz” building in Alcatraz?
Also there’s a new bug in Alcatraz where you respawn with the wrong ammo. Like say I respawn with an AR like the AK47 or M16, but my reserve ammo is light ammo, which obviously is useless.

For the past few days I’ve been facing the ‘download configuration failed‘ popup just after you launch the app. My network is perfectly stable and so far I’ve had zero luck in finding a fix. This really sucks as I’ve been playing CoDM since the early days of its launch.
Can anyone help me out regarding this pls?
Hey there, sorry to hear you're having issues with the download. When did you notice this first happening? Have you tried fully deleting and reinstalling the app? (although would not recommend this if you're playing on a guest account). Also, just to get some more info what region/network are you on? Thanks!

Hey there! So our Public Test Builds usually happen when we have our large updates which usually happen every two Seasons. When we do launch a Public Test Build we announce it right here on Reddit usually in a Community Update - but will have "Public Test Build" in the title to differentiate it.
hello devs! loving all the work you've all put into this season so far. just wanted to raise an issue with one of the operators in the current battle pass. Rosa - Animal Instincts (the reskin) doesn't have any ponytail physics even though the original model of her reskin has ponytail physics. iirc this issue occurs in both garena and global. hope this gets addressed in incoming updates!

Howdy, there is currently a ‘glitch’ with the sparrow operator skill, after using it if you throw a lethal/tactical you get stuck in the throw animation. This glitch isn’t reset until you die / respawn.

I know it's annoying to ask this, but when are we going to be able to use the other camos in blueprints? the Aether, Red Sprite and the latest one are pretty and would look great in blueprints
Heya! No info on aether, but adding Red Sprite to blueprints is actually something the team is working on bringing into CODM. We touched on it a little above but basically, since each blueprint is unique it takes a lot to add something like Red Sprite to it additionally without breaking things. So it might not be the quickest process but it is something we are working towards.
When is GROUND WAR SATELLITE coming back? That mode is great! Also, are we going to get any zombies mode soon? We have no undead siege or classic.
Hey there! Ground War 24/7 will return as a playlist later this season, so keep an eye out! As for any zombies-related info, unfortunately, we don't have any. The best we can do is refer you back to the AMA or Community Update last week where we mentioned we are working on finding a way to bring back classic round-based zombies, but don't have a timeline for it just yet.

Hey, the non responsive buttons bug is on the right side and left side as well. Some players reported that it happens more often if there is a text underneath the button like game chat or kill feed. It’s very noticeable with both fire buttons and aim button. Plus if we switch weapons or use scorestreaks we can’t use aim button right away there is a delay.
Hit indicators when being shot at are very bad this season there is a delay. We can hardly notice being shot at until it’s too late.

Ranked challenges suck for us controller players. Now im gonna have to hold off on ranked so i can get the rpd sig attachment. Once i hit pro i can't get a match. Maybe add bots for controller users with harder AI as their rank gets higher? Because it really isn't fair for us.
