[2019] Where do I get my downloads for the special edition?

It will be downloaded into your files. So you can likely find it under here:
steamapps\common\Conan Unconquered\Deluxe Edition

You’ll find the EBook and Soundtrack file in there. If it’s still not showing up for you let me know!
