[2019] Conan Exiles Dedicated Server Launcher (Official Version: 1.0.44 / Beta: ----)

For all of you who signaled weird issues on first clean installs of the DedicatedServerLauncher, could you just give a try at this version, download it, copy it somewhere, run it, change the parameters you normally change, press the SAVE button, and see if the parameters are sticking correctly?

• On a fresh install, the Launcher was not properly saving the first entry of newly created sections in ini files

That was such a dumb bug, basically a missing & character on one of the code paths…
