[2021] Fatal Error/crashing seconds into gaming, single player, no mods, was working fine til past week

Does the game still crash for you when loading a backup of your savegame? You can access them in your Saved folder inside your Conan Exiles installation. You’ll find several numbered files with the name “game_backup_x.db”. Just rename one of those to “game.db” (make sure to backup your current game.db file first, just in case) and load into the game as usual.
