[2020] New combat system after last update - Are you crazy?

Just jumping in quickly to address the claims about this being an unannounced change. From the patchnotes:

It’s in the final release patchnotes, and has also been on Testlive for over a month.

We’ll address those instances where the leash mechanic is malfunctioning.
