[2019] How long before Bandit Leader wipe?

As we stated in the patch notes, we’re not wiping Bandit Leaders. They received a slight nerf already, and any imbalance we might find we’ll rather patch it than start another #vathisgate.
We’ve poked our team about the KO imbalance.
