Did the server admin run the server cleanup script at some point?
Specifically, we mean if the following script has been run in that server’s database:
ServerCleanup.bat
Previous versions of it are known for wiping some locations like the one you mentioned.
Our team is aware of this issue and they’re looking into it.
For the time being, we would suggest to use a backup prior to the use of that script and refrain from using it when wiping a server, instead using a new database.
