Regarding the rubberbanding issue, we’re aware of the problem and we’re working on a fix for an upcoming hotfix that should get rid of that problem.
It does only affect those who teleported recently or those abusing network throttling software. We’re going to fix the part that affected the first group.

Thanks for the information. Our team is working on fine-tuning it and make it not pervasive to normal gameplay.
