Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to see if the issue persists:

  1. Open the Xbox app for Windows.
  2. In My Library, select the game title.
  3. Select the More options () button and choose Manage.
  4. Select Files and then Verify and repair.

If the issue still persists, try to reinstall the game, however here are some other troubleshooting articles for the Game pass version.
