We’ve taken a look at both servers reported and none has suffered any crashes for the past 7 days. What kind if error are you getting? Plus, are you experiencing this problem in other servers too or just those two ones?
We’ve got in touch with G-portal about this, will update this message once we hear back 
Edit: G-Portal identified some connectivity issues and they’re currently looking into it.

A West Coast ISP experienced some problems during last week which affected some of our nodes. G-Portal has been working to ensure a smooth connection. Everything should be running correctly now.
