[2020] BUG player summoned Surges : T4 crafters Bugs and Suggestions

The surge system is to receive a major change in the near future as we continue the Early Access period of Isle of Siptah. Since we can’t get into details yet, we can only say most of this feedback will be addressed in one way or another in a future major update.
