[2019] No servers are popping up and I have tried everything i have seen on all the fixes from a year ago

Since you mentioned you tried all workarounds, we gather that you’ve already taken a look at our common technical issues thread. In that case, just to test, could you try to load up any VPN and see if your server list shows any results?
