Hey there,
Server browser seems to be up and running correctly. Which regions are you currently playing from and which internet service provider?
When accessing the server browser, in the mode selection screen, do you pick any of the three options or skip that selection altogether?
You can skip the selection by pressing square. Do servers still show up when skipping the screen and setting all filters on show all?
Could you try also selecting the checkbox on the upper right corner, “Show Invalid Servers”?
DLC ownership should in no way affect server list showing.
Could you try to set some filters up, for instance:
Please bear with us asking all this questions, but we’re trying to isolate the cause for this issue as it seems to be affecting only a handful of people.
Hey @Kuraiden
That is actually a known issue with the latest patch. As we stated in the patch notes:
Don’t remember if we asked previously, but just in case: Could you try to restart your router and restore your licenses following these steps: https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/license.html
Our team informed us that they’ve done some adjustments on our end which should help resolving this issue. Could you restart your game and see if this issue persists?
@D-HiTmAn-H seems to suggest deleting the settings and/or reinstalling the game solved this issue for them. On our end our team is still investigating.
Hey everybody,
Our team is looking into it. Apologies for the frustration.
Hey there again,
Could you all still affected by this issue let us know the following details?
Thanks again for your patience.
To those affected by this issue and who don’t mind trying a few extra steps:
Our team is investigating this issue and are wondering if you could try using a VPN temporarily following the steps in this guide:
We’re aware of the inconvenience of trying these steps, but our team is trying to verify a few hypothesis about what could be causing this problem for certain regions and ISPs.
Once you’ve verified if this lets you see any servers on your list, you can revert the settings if needed.
Thanks for confirming. It is not a solution, but it brings our team one step closer to find out the cause for this problem.
Please remember that the PVE-Conflict filter issue is another problem entirely, and the current workaround is to set the Game Mode filter to “All” instead. A fix for this issue will come soon.
For all other issues regarding the browser not listing servers, the current temporary workaround is the VPN setup we posted above. Our team is still investigating.
Our team fixed an issue with listings not appearing in Saudi and Argentinian regions. Could you confirm it is working correctly now?
Again, sorry for repeating myself:
Please remember that there’s a known issue when using the PVE-Conflict filter. It is another problem entirely, and the current workaround is to set the Game Mode filter to “All” instead. A fix for this issue will come soon.
Hey @Disgrace2029
That’s a different issue from the one treated in this thread. Since it is a private server, you should get in contact with the admin of such server and see why that server is no longer available.
Hey @Zarnee62
Are you filtering by PVE-Conflict game mode?
@TinyRAGE please look at our previous responses (also welcome to our community)
It depends on how long the certification process take, and if any issues are found along the way which would restart the whole process. In this case, we’re aiming for it to be released tomorrow, but please be aware of how the process could slow down.
