[2021] Server Transfer Failing

Thank you for your report.

• You can only transfer one character at a time. If you have already exported a character it must be imported before another character can be exported.
• After you successfully import a character, there is a cool-down period during which you are unable to transfer another character- 24 hours for PvE and 7 days for PvP.

Our team was able to identify the issue and it’s working on solving it. It’s advised for anyone trying to transfer with thralls on their inventory that you wait for a later hotfix or leave them behind.
