Yes, once the God’s bubble fix is released, avatar summoning will be re-enabled.

The fix included in this patch only affects fence foundations and one socket that shouldn’t be there. It is only one part of the fix that will hit live soon, but it’s the one that could affect legit bases the most. We wanted to include that one in Testlive so people can get a better grasp of how it could affect them.
Pretty much all of them 
We quite possibly won’t provide a list of all the new loot introduced with this patch. We want our players to go in, explore and discover it by themselves (and for the impatient ones, we’re sure the Wiki will cover them sooner than later 
).
Patch is now out on the live branch of the game.
Testlive will be updated to bring the version up to par.
Both Testlive and live are running under the same build until we release our next Testlive patch.
