Are there any relevant message regarding the altar in your Event Log?

Were you close to the area during the upgrade process?

Was the altar placed over foundations or directly into the ground?

Thank you for clarifying, we’ll register the issue for our team to look into.

To prevent the issue from occuring, we’d recommend that you place altars and other large structures on top of foundations rather than directly on the ground whenever possible.
