We are indeed aware and working with Sony to fix the issue asap.
It seems to affect PS4 players in the US “only”. Unfortunately we can’t fix this directly from our side but we are on the case. Definitely not intended to cause any frustration with this purchase and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Also, since I forgot: Welcome to the community to all the new names and welcome back to the ones who haven’t posted in a while 
We have not heard back from Sony. It’s definitely affecting US and Canada Passes.

Which season pass did you buy? The Turan DLC is in the Season 2 Pass.
