Regarding the issue you’ve reported us, were you able to check your event logs at the time and take a screenshot of any information there regarding any event related to your 78 missing Thralls?
If so, could you share that information with us please?

We understand your frustration but since a long time has passed we can’t reroll the server once more since it would also affect everyone else playing there.
