[2020] Problem with thirst and hunger. HELP!

Since you mention you’ve installed mods, we’d recommend unsubscribing from any mods, deleting the Steam workshop folder and then reenabling each mod one by one until you find the culprit.
You could also check each mod’s webpage to see if this is a known issue.
