[2021] PlayStation PvE-C decay timers

Greetings Everyone,

Since update 2.6 came with the fix for the PS infinite loading screen, we will be reverting the decay timers back to normal values (7 days) on all of our PvE-C official servers.

This change will be happening Thursday on the 28th of October.

Thank you all again for being so patient while we worked on this fix.
