[2019] Dismantle Bench - Please stop crippling it's usefulness

Hey there,

Let us chime in real quick to give a small clarification for the dismantling bench: it is not supposed to be a reliable source of materials (that’s what harvesting and gathering is for). Its intent is to give a small use to all those normally useless drops, providing a few extra mats in the process. It is entirely optional.
