[2021] Pause on the Character transfer feature

Greetings Exiles!

Due to an issue with character transfers we just discovered, we will pause this feature until further notice. We decided it would be best to put it on standby while we work on resolving this issue.

As soon as we feel the feature is ready to get back in the game we’ll release a patch restoring the feature with the proper fix.
