Thank you all for your reports. Please try to use the Steam option “change accounts”, restart your PC and log in Steam again.

Steam menu > Change account...

This will ensure your Steam connection is refreshed and should mitigate any issues connecting to Funcom services as well.

You can find it by following:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs

Thanks to some of you that shared your logs and more details our team was able to identify some account issues that could trigger this error message.

Please reach out to our help center and submit a ticket under “ban appeal” so our team can do a full scan of your account and accesses.

Important: Make sure to include the error message “Steam online services are unresponsive” in the body of the text so they can properly identify the source of the issue.
