Reporting an infraction To report players, clans, or specific exploits on any of our official servers, please contact us through Zendesk 3.9k by selecting ‘Report a Player’ as the type of issue. Our team will get back to you using the email provided.
Please make sure you provide the best information you can at the time of your report. This means relaying as much information as you can to help our team investigate. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, videos, timestamps, names of characters and clans, and a good description of the issue.
We won’t be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction.
