We’ll proceed to close the thread since there seems to be a tendency to derail into speculation and echo chambers, more concerning when trying to pass alleged facts and situations as official stances or, even, internal structure of a company.

We apologize if the time of response for infraction reports on official servers is lagging. We have acknowledged the situation and we are working towards improving on it by hiring new people and improving our processes.
However, please take in mind that as important as this situation is, there are other situations to work towards as well, aimed at different communities of this game. Please be aware that only a fraction of players, especially on PC, play on official servers. We can’t focus all our attention to a fraction of our players exclusively.
Additionally, please be aware that neither community managers nor community supports are in charge of direct in-game moderation or server moderation. That is not our focus nor priority. Not particularly sure if there’s other games with community managers in charge of that task, but certainly it is not the case here.

Once again, let us reiterate that we are working on addressing the slow response in infraction handling for official servers by expanding our customer support team and tools. It is something that is being actively worked on at the moment. Until then, please accept our apologies and thank you for your patience and understanding.
