Hi all, we’ll be granting a free tome of Advanced Riding to anyone who claimed the Gilded Desert Stallion during this year’s anniversary event. The item will be delivered after the event concludes; look for a post on the forums for a notice when the item is delivered.
I should also add that the Advanced Riding skill we’ll be giving out won’t care what level you are. Because I got some comments about that too. 
Pretty sure you can use the book we delivered at any level. It’s a special version of the training that, from what I understand, shouldn’t care what level you are. Give it a shot.
Well yeah, you still need Basic riding, but once you know that, you should be able to use the Advanced riding we gave you right after.
The cost reduction is a permanent change.
