[2019] DLC Weapons - All non-epic weapons but swords are weaker than vanilla variants

Quick update: we got word back about this.
Most of the non-epic DLC weapons are slightly weaker than their counterparts by design, however, they require lower level to craft and less knowledge points to spend.
