[2019] How do you read notes after collecting them?

Hey @meelzonwhealz, and welcome to the community forums!

If you open the Inventory screen and click on the Backpack you can re-read old notes you’ve picked up. You can also re-read descriptions of the Artifacts you’ve picked up in the backpack as well.
