Greetings Exile,

Thank you for reaching out. In the future, please consider using the bug report template to speed things up.

Can you share with us if you have mods installed and/or active?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings,

Thank you for the additional information. Can you also tell us if you have any other heavy apps running in the background when playing Conan Exiles?

Would it be possible for you to open the game in a smaller window with the task manager open on the side and record a short video showing the RAM usage while you play normally?

We appreciate your efforts during this investigation.

Greetings,

Thank you for getting back to us. Could you upload the files to Google drive or to a similar platform and share the link for download with us?

Feel free to reach out in private if you prefer. We appreciate your assistance with this.

Hello,

It seems you didn’t have the necessary forum rank to share links. We’ve updated it and it should allow you to post links and images from now on.

Please try again to send us the link and we’ll proceed with registering the issue.

Thank you for the files. We sent them over to our team for investigation.

We might reach out again if they request more information. Please keep an eye on your forum notifications.

Have a nice day!

Hello again!

In addition to the above, we will also need more information as follows:

  • Can you all please share the dxdiag?
    1. From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R
    2. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. If prompted to check if your drivers are digitally signed, click Yes.

    3. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, choose Save All Information.*
    4. In the Save As window, the DirectX information is saved as a text (.TXT) file. Choose the Desktop or another easily accessible location to save your file, and then click Save.*
*5. Attach the file to your reply here in the forum.
(you can read more about these steps here )

We appreciate all of your assistance. As soon as you get this information to us we will continue with the investigation.
