There’s a procedure for these kind of reports against players and clans. Publicly in the forums certainly isn’t one of them, as stated in our community guidelines which you can consult here:

We understand the frustrating situation, but going straight away with a hostile attitude either here or on Reddit doesn’t and will not help getting this matter resolved in either direction.
