[2020] Still can’t see my rented server

Are you able to see and join other official or private servers?

If so, you’ll need to reach out to G-Portal for any information regarding private servers either through their forums or by submitting a ticket, so that they can determine if there’s any hardware or network issue on their end since we don’t have access to private servers ourselves.
