[2019] Broken hair/armor physics

Adding to @Tselem’s list of workarounds, there’s an additional one on PS4 at the moment, which is to mount and dismount a horse. There’s currently an issue that resets a character’s settings back to default when mounting, which gets rid of the issue you reported. We’ve fixed it with the next patch, but since it hasn’t been released as of yet, you can use that as well to restore the physics lost.
Other than that, our team is aware of this issue and it’s on their to-do list for the future.
