[2020] Pve-c 1516 bad lag and spikes

Hey there,

We’ve merged all threads about this same issue into this one.
We’re also aware of some performance issues happening with some servers due to the high load experienced these days. We’ve been testing upgraded hardware on some clusters along with GPortal to see if these issues are mitigated and we’re awaiting results to determine possible expanded action.
