[2019] Funcom why does this seem impossible for you to fix?

We’re constantly looking at ways to improve the game and follow our community’s feedback. To accomplish that, however, we need a little help from all of you by following this small set of guidelines when sending us any report or feedback:

We’ve been focusing for the past 6 months on releasing fixes and content for the game, and postponed our initial planned schedule for DLC to prioritize that.
We have a patch with additional fixes in certification and we’re working on a myriad of extra stuff we can’t wait to share with you all.
But again, we’d appreciate more elaborate and constructive feedback so we can act upon it.
