Both consoles got update 2.4 when Siptah launched. There's more weapon reworks in 2.5, which is coming to consoles soon. :)

Hey there, if playing in Single player, it is possible to visit each map back and forth with the Single player transfer feature we introduced in patch 2.4.6 for PC and Xbox (beta). It is also coming for PS4 in a later update.

You can read more about it in the 2.4.6 patch notes! (I'd link them but I'm out and about today so I don't have easy access to bookmarks, sorry!)
