Hey what can i do, im trapped in my own base getting attacked by my own soldiers. I started to play with my friend but because regular ps4 couldnt handle the game at all he decided to quit. But i love the game and i want to Keep playing. I left the clan and now im trapped in my own based and nothing that i build is owned by me and getting attacked by my own soldiers. Its just sad i feel like hours were wasted. I really want to play and dunno what to do now. Any suggestions?
Leaving a clan also leaves all your buildings and thralls behind, as the warning when you're about to do so warns about.
so if something isn't back that, means it's gone for good?
As in a server you mean? No, we won't delete any official servers and have no plans currently for wipes either.
If you are talking about a private server, that we can't help with and is all up to your admin. Generally, if servers are not visible to connect it's a temporary issue.
I still cannot use the dlc I paid for!!!!!!its been two days!!!!

We've been monitoring your feedback about the Season 2 DLC Pass on PS4 and we know some of you still haven't been able to unlock the Treasures of Turan DLC in the game.
Even if you've bought the Season Pass, you still need to claim the DLC in the PlayStation Store. Here's how you do it:

Make sure to contact your server host directly :)
Any progress on private servers? Tried restarting mine on g-portal twice and still can't find it.
We have no overview or power with private servers. That's all Gportal :)
We are aware that some of our PS4 and Xbox Servers are being difficult and don't show up in the server list.
We are working with Gportal to look into the issue and will restart these server in question. That should enable them to be visible again and for you to connect.

We have currently something in internal QA and hopefully something to test very soon that should help address performance issues on the PS4 Pro.
