Agility grants a bonus to armor, and Survival reduces the effects of negative debuffs on the Follower.

@Nomu_Ken_N It is, but if you're playing single-player or on a private server you can set it yourself or turn it off entirely

@SassyAssassin30 @tigresalvaje11 It'll be 55 if you're solo! If you're in a clan, that number increases by 5 for each member. If you have other questions we have a FAQ here that may clear other things up. :)
