@SosoA55325197 For PC servers you'll need to access your server files and find the game.db file and delete it (after shutting down your server). When you start the server back up, the server will generate a new file. For console servers you need to talk to your server provider.

@SosoA55325197 You can shut the game off completely on your console/PC, or if you're playing single-player it might work to reset the database completely.
@SosoA55325197 We're not entirely sure what could be the cause of this. Usually teleporting shouldn't disable the in-game music. We'll add it to our list of bugs

Is this in single-player or multiplayer? PC, PS4 or Xbox? Are you able to redistribute the points or are they completely gone? If you level up and try to add more points, what happens then?

These are two separate issues having the same outcome. We fixed a previous bug that would cause thralls to disappear, but a new one has popped up after the last big patch.
We're investigating this and working on a solution.
