@BleauTony @insanepiggaming Most private servers have a Discord server or forum. If you remember the name of the server then you might be able to find either of those, if they have it, and get in touch with the server admin.

@insanepiggaming We don't touch private servers and have never wiped any of the databases there. You should get in touch with your server admin and see if they can restore a previous database.
@ericl3ung It's going to sit on the PC Testlive build for a few more weeks, then we'll roll it out to the live builds :)
@ShabajEris The team that fixes bugs and critical issues are working on that, and just that. The team creating and implementing DLCs is a completely separate group of people. One does not affect the other. Bugs and issues are still being fixed, all the time, and we have more patches to come.

@jay_emmerich @ShabajEris The Early Access version of the game launched in 2017 and we released on PS4 in 2018. We're still working on fixing critical bugs and issues and we have no intention of stopping

@ShabajEris The community team is only made up of a few people and they aren't always available to catch all messages on every platform. Sometimes some messages slip through the cracks. We're sorry you lost your Avatar Token, but unfortunately we can't restore it for you.

@CommanderOmega There currently isn't an ETA for mounts.
@CorvusCrowman It could be that they're too far away from your other buildings. They're not attaching themselves to the decay timer properly, causing them to decay after a few hours.
@ShinaNow We patch out exploits when we learn how they work, and we also might take action against players in extreme cases.
@henkka_art Depending on how long your break was, it could be that your database isn't compatible with the current version of the game. Or the database doesn't recognize your Steam account.
