@NomdesoulJP This is only for private server owners. They will have to update their servers, which will then trigger the patch.

Private Server Admins: We are updating with a PC fix for an issue with the building system that made it so that some mods would cause a crash with the new building optimizations patch earlier today. Official servers won't restart but private servers will need to update.
