This zone is being restarted, try again in 3 minutes please.

Are you saying that putting effort into the tracking the reason many zones are now crashing, and taking steps to prevent the crash are not being taken? Is it actually being handled as an everything is fine, we'll just restart each zone when it happens moment? 🤔

Our engineers are working on a fix for the issue, while they do that we're manually restarting the zone that has an issue so you're able to resume game play.  

If you reach out in Discord or to support that's the fastest way for us to get the issue fixed while we wait on a permanent fix.    We need to know the server, zone you're in and zone you were going to (if any).  With EKs we need the name of the EK.

There were multiple threads covering this in general over the past 48 hours. I was shocked the threads were not merged. This issue is hitting people on every server in every region. First time it happened I was in the shadows on east, next time it happened I was in skypoint on Au 1 1. I have also been having other odd things like porting and being sent to logging out and when I finally get back in the portal took me somewhere other then where I was attempting to go. I have already been down the repair, reinstall, and reboot roads. Most of the time I play without issue but the past 48 for me have been hellacious.

Old reports don't help me, we fix this as we find the or as they're reported. The quickest way is reporting to support or on discord. 

Some zones will be hosted in each region, with regional siege schedules.

When the current Dregs for US East first launched, we had a battle for a fort where the zone was likely near cap, but no one mentioned a queue.  When our forces approached the fort area, the sheer number of players in that confined area bogged down the server to the point where the server was having a 1200ms delay for updates back to the client.

This presented itself as "low FPS" on the player end, but it really wasn't an FPS issue, it was a data update issue that caused frame skipping as the positional updates, health updates and such from the server was severely lagged by seconds at times.

During the battle, my HP reached ZERO, but I was still able to cast spells and attack people for a good 5-6 seconds until my character actually fell over and died.

Same error from a few days ago I put a support ticket in for.

Fixed, now broken again.

I think I am done with this game.
