[2021] CK III - Game date becomes stuck and certain actions act as if they are dead links.

I'm trying to reproduce the issue from the attached save file, but there's no war present in the save and the game is progressing naturally.

Could you please retest this issue on your PC, ensure no mods are running and check once more if this is occurring?
