[2023] Laptop randomly stops charging while playing

Mods will not cause this, of course. OTOH I have no real idea what would!

Logically it must be a Windows, hardware or perhaps firmware/bios issue, but how to narrow it down further than that I cannot see.


What I can see in that dxdiag is this nVidia issue:

Which is a problem with that card or driver. And your driver is not quite up to date so let's do a clean update:

- uninstall it with this https://developer.nvidia.com/cleanup-tool
- reboot
- install late August 2023 https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again

If you still see that error in dxdiag, please contact nVidia support about it.
