[2022] Steam version of CK3, DLC bought in a third party store, Paradox Launcher labels it as "we are unable to verify ownership of this DLC"

Are you running the launcher in standalone mode? Or from the Steam PLAY button?

Because this game is no longer supported in standalone mode.
