[2023] Game insta crash

Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

That settings file does not show this - vsync is on and the refresh rate is not capped. PLease try those things!

and that driver is from 2021. Please do a clean update of it to June 2023:

- uninstall it https://developer.nvidia.com/cleanup-tool
- reboot
- install June 2023 https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again
