You have Windows 10 but that system.log says Windows 8, which probably means you or something has set the game to run in Win8 compatibility mode.

Right click on ck3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

IF that doesn't help can I get new copies of all those files, including a new dxdiag.txt . Thanks.

Did you try capping it at 60, as I suggested? because it's currently "capped" at 165! :D

Also you are critically short of disk space:
Drive: C:
Free Space: 13.1 GB
Total Space: 400.7 GB
Windows likes at least 10% free space on the boot drive; if it needed to swap stuff out to disk it probably can't:
Page File: 17761MB used, 4496MB available
See if you can free up say 30gb on that disk, AND unload every other app you can before starting this game.

Does that help?

That still says Windows 8 - did you see a Windows 8 Compat setting in the ck3.exe , properties, compatibility screen? Because I have no other explanation why that shows there.

I don't know then. This has happened ever since you installed the game on this new machine, is that right? It's never worked well here?

Are HOI4 and Stellaris affected too, or just CK3?
