[2023] Only is not working. Out of sync error almost every time

A pretty clear sync issue I'm afraid!

Assuming there are no mods involved, this can only be fixed by a game patch. Please make a new thread in Bug Reports and attach those files, plus the affected saved game file there, for QA to look into.
